Howard holds a Master of Science: Engineering in Macromolecular Science from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Howard has been in the coatings and composites industries for 22 years and has experience in polymers, pigments, pigment dispersions and processing, additives and electrically conductive technology.
