Chromaflo Technologies, the premier global provider of colorant technology solutions, recently continued its growth with the hiring of Francisco Javier Hernandez Gonzalez as Technical Service Representative.

In his new position, Gonzalez will be responsible for providing technical support to Chromaflo’s thermoset and coatings businesses. Through direct interfacing with customers, he’ll define and convert issues to opportunities that satisfy customer needs.

Gonzalez brings to his new role a wide range of experience, including dispersion development, color matching and sales. In previous positions, he worked to create new products and improve existing product formulations. Additionally, he worked closely with customers and internal resources to achieve results.

Gonzalez was most recently a chemist formulator for Brenntag. Prior to that role, he served as a key account manager for Wörwag Coatings in Mexico. Gonzalez earned a bachelor’s degree in petroleum chemical engineering from the National Polytechnic Institute in Mexico City, Mexico.
