Pricing Specialist

Summary of Position

This position reports to the Americas Commercial Manager. The primary responsibility of this position is to support the business in the Americas region through pricing entry and price management. They will assist with price quotes and new pricing entry in SAP, and rebate maintenance. There will be cross training for other responsibilities within the Commercial Team. This person will work closely with the Commercial Team, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Customer service to ensure timely entry of product pricing and pricing accuracy as well as optimize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; 4-year degree preferred
  • MS Office – Competent and efficient use of Microsoft Suite of Software
  • ERP – Strong aptitude working directly in SAP or similar enterprise resource planning software
  • Business Objects or Power BI experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and with a strong initiative to develop the knowledge and skills to take on additional responsibilities
  • Proven ability of matrix management of cross-functional teams

  • Support Product Management Team by creating reports, data mining and working with the data warehouse

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
  • Number of late billings
  • Accuracy of initial price entry
  • Response time for price quote turnaround
