2020 has been a year like no other – crazy and overwhelming in every sense of the way.

A year of COVID-19, social distancing, closed shops and restaurants and working from home.

This year obliged us to do things differently and to appreciate the little things in life.

The major difference was that social distancing became our temporary way of living.

This affected all of us, but in particular the elderly among us.

The elderly that often live alone and depend on the care or a visit from their children, friends and health workers.

As a producer of colorants, color is our core business and this giving season we wanted to bring color into the lives of the elderly. This is to let them know they are not forgotten! Therefore, Chromaflo donated holiday decorations to all residents of Vivantes care in Geleen, the Netherlands. Vivantes is an organization that provides care and support to the elderly and are rooted within our community.
